The proposal starts with the services required, production conditions and final pieces. It sets out deliverables, formats, schedule and revisions.

If you also need photography, teasers, cover art or social edits, raise it at the start so we can include it in the scope.

Tell us the date you have in mind and whether it's for filming, delivery or release. These are different milestones: we need to allow for preparation, production and review.

We review availability and requirements before agreeing on a schedule. The terms for confirming the project and booking a date are defined with you in the proposal.

We review the location and conditions of each production. Travel, accommodation and other expenses are defined in the proposal according to the location and work required.

Editing, color grading and design can be handled remotely. Tell us where you're based and which part of the project you need help with.

We start with the visual direction and build a plan around the project: references, locations, participants, materials and production requirements. A script or storyboard is developed where included in the scope.

If you already have a location, wardrobe, equipment or participants, let us know so we can include them in the plan. Before production, we clarify what each party provides and what still needs to be arranged.

Yes. We can edit, grade or create effects for existing footage. We first review the files, references and intended use to establish what treatment is possible.

Let us know if there's an existing edit, an audio version or a delivery date. We can then agree on the material requirements and the stage where we join the project.

The schedule and revisions are agreed according to the scope. The proposal defines what we'll present, when we'll review it and which adjustments are included.

We gather feedback at each stage to keep the direction clear. If a new requirement comes up, we review its impact on the work and schedule before adding it.

We can agree on different lengths and formats to suit each piece's intended use. Let us know from the start if you need a landscape video, vertical clips, photography or graphics for a release.

The included versions, resolutions and delivery channel are agreed in the proposal. Additional adaptations are reviewed as a change of scope.

Final files, original footage and editable project files are different deliverables. We deliver what is specified in the proposal; source files are provided when included in the scope.

If you need to reuse, edit or adapt the material later, mention it when requesting a quote so we can agree on the files, usage and delivery instructions.
