Who is responsible for your data

The person responsible is Facundo Sepúlveda, an individual operating under the brand Magic Media in Chile. For privacy enquiries, contact @magicmedia.cl on Instagram and state that your message concerns your personal data.

When you browse

This website has no user accounts, contact submission forms, payments or advertising subscriptions. The server delivering the pages receives technical data needed to respond to your connection, such as your IP address, the requested URL and browser data. This release is prepared for Cloudflare hosting; when published there, Cloudflare processes technical information to deliver and protect the website under its privacy policy.

Preferences and videos

Your browser stores your light or dark theme preference. During your session, it remembers whether you allowed YouTube videos to load. These preferences are not sent to Magic Media. You can check their duration and reset them in Cookies and videos.

We ask for your choice before loading a player. If you allow it, your browser connects to YouTube through its privacy-enhanced mode. Google may receive technical and playback data and use its own technologies. Privacy-enhanced mode does not mean that no data is processed. Read more in Google's privacy policy.

When you contact us through Instagram or email

You can contact us through Instagram or the website's email link. If you send us a message, we may use your name or profile, contact details and the information you provide to respond and prepare or manage your requested project. Avoid sending sensitive data or unnecessary information about other people. Instagram and your email provider also process data under their own terms.

Retention and recipients

Enquiry information is kept for as long as needed to respond and, if a project goes ahead, to manage the service and applicable legal obligations. Access is limited to those who need to be involved. If a project requires sharing material with a collaborator or using another service, that use is agreed as part of coordinating the commission. The external services mentioned may process data outside Chile.

Your rights

You can request information about your personal data, correction and, where applicable, deletion or blocking. You can also withdraw consent to processing where applicable. Message us on Instagram with your request; we may ask for the minimum information needed to verify your identity and avoid disclosing data to someone else.

Analytics and changes

This version has no active visitor analytics. If a measurement tool is enabled, this information will be updated to identify the service and how it works.
